Information on the Processing of Personal Data (GDPR)
Pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, we hereby inform you that:
Providing personal data is voluntary; however, it is necessary for the provision of services.
The controller of personal data is Helium-Trans Brychcy Oleksiewicz Spółka Jawna, ul. Wybickiego 2, 63-400 Ostrów Wielkopolski.
Personal data are processed for the following purposes:
- provision of services offered by the Controller,
- responding to inquiries,
- fulfillment of legal obligations,
- marketing of the Controller’s own services – based on the consent given.
The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1) of the GDPR, in particular:
- the data subject’s consent,
- the necessity to perform a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract,
- compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject,
- the Controller’s legitimate interest.
Personal data may be transferred to entities providing technical, accounting, or legal services to the Controller – solely to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of processing.
Personal data are retained for the duration of the contract and for the period required by applicable law.
The data subject has the right to:
- access their personal data,
- rectify, erase, or restrict processing of their data,
- data portability,
- object to processing,
- withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal).
A complaint regarding the Controller’s actions may be lodged with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
